Article 2 - Purchase procedure

2-a - Registration. To conclude a purchase contract on the site www.parentini.com it is mandatory to create a personal account by registering in the customer area.
Registration can also be made after the inclusion of the selected products in the cart, but will be required to be able to send the order and payment.

2-b - Choice of products. Each product has its own descriptive page containing all the information necessary for the purchase: product name, article code, images, description, data sheet, size chart, color variations and stock availability.

The colors of the images relating to the products offered for online sale  may however not be totally faithful to the real ones due to the Internet browser and / or the monitor used.

To proceed with the purchase of a selected product, it is necessary to add it to the telematic cart, specifying the size, color and quantity.

2-c - Currency. All prices are in Euro (€).

2-d - Payment. The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs will be charged to the customer upon confirmation of payment.
Payment can be made exclusively through Paypal or through the use of the most common credit cards. The financial data will be forwarded via encrypted protocol directly to Paypal and will not be stored nor viewed by Parentini personnel.

2-e - Order confirmation. With the electronic transmission of the order form and the payment of the amount corresponding to the total shown in the cart, the customer confirms that he is aware of, unconditionally accept and undertakes to observe, in relations with Parentini, the following general conditions of sale.

Parentini will send the customer an e-mail receipt of the purchase order containing the summary of information and will process the order, subject to verification of the correctness of the data provided.

If the products are no longer available or on sale at the time the order form is sent, Parentini will inform the customer, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following that of the order transmission , of the possible unavailability of the ordered products. In this case Parentini will reimburse the customer for the amount already paid.

2-f - Purchase contract. The purchase contract is made only with the shipment of the product /products ordered to the customer and with the confirmation of the shipment by email.
