Article 3 - Shipping
3-a - Delivery times. Products are generally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery in normal conditions occurs within 2-3 working days for items shipped within the national borders from the date of confirmation of the order which includes the payment verification. Shipping times vary 3-5 working days for products shipped within the European Community and 6-7 working days for products shipped outside the European Community.
3-b - Shipping method. To ensure the best possible shipping service, the order will be sent by courier.
3-c - Costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination (see table).
Customs duties, where required, are always paid by the buyer, and are calculated by the reference customs.

To optimize shipping costs when buying multiple items, we recommend grouping them in a single order. It is not possible to group two separate orders made separately, and therefore the shipping costs in this case will be charged for each individual order.
3-d - Package tracking. When the products have been delivered to the courier, the customer will be promptly informed by e-mail (this email formalizes the Purchase Contract) containing the tracking number and a link that directs a website that allows you to monitor the status of the shipment .
