What a remarkable success for Denmark at the MTB European Championships held in Cheile Grădiștei, Romania. The Danish team topped the final medal tally with 2 golds and a silver.
Simon Andreassen claimed the top spot in the Men Elite-U23 Cross Country, Short Track XCC category, also securing the silver medal in the Men Elite's Cross Country XCO with a breathtaking comeback after a puncture. Meanwhile, Nikolaj Hougs dominated in the Men Junior's Cross Country XCO category, bringing home the gold medal.
Three podiums, an incredible display of skill and determination despite the extreme weather conditions. Congratulations to all the athletes for their outstanding successes.
